ABOUT ME

I am the younger daughter of a lawyer and a master hairstylist, I was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, sharing a birthday december 5.th with Mr.Walt Disney.
If I were to describe my life in three words, I would say fashion, finearts and sports, these three are what influenced my career path and my life from an early age.

My talent for finearts was recognized as early as my kindergarden years, when my drawings were entered to art competitions and were placed in exhibitions. This trend continued throughout elementary school, where I was introduced to all areas of fine arts including sculpting, fire enamel, copper relifing and painting. In addition to my extra curriculum art activites, I studied english, russian, german, italian, I also took music and guitar lessons for 3 years.
I excelled throughout my gradeshool years, but not just in my education, I was also talented in sports of all kind.
Between track, running, rhytmic gymnastics, athletics and swimming, I have a great collection of gold medals I won to prove my absolute admiration for sports. But above of all, tennis was and still is my true love. I was among the best 10 players in the country. Later I studied and got a certification as a tennis coach.

For high school I entereded and graduated at the Secondary School of Visual Arts in Budapest as a leather designer.
We were tasked to make verious items (bags, purses, shoes) all handmade, from scetching to measuring, sewing and decorating. Besides my main subject the school's program let us have a chance to take part in other exciting departments like jewellery, goldsmithing, glass design, graphics and more.
I was keen on widening my horizons and attending classes like art history, etnography, history of architecture and philosophy.

Thanks to my sweet Mother, me and my sister were dressed and accessoriezed to always match the fashion trends of the time, ever since birth. She designed and tailored our clothes to match her immaculately elegant style. Her iconic beauty, even today, turns heads anywhere she goes. My Mom's inspiration led me to study at the University of Arts (MOME) to earn my masters degree in fashion design.

So how did all of this lead to modelling?
I think it started with my great surprise, when I was chosen to be the prom queen of our senior class in highschool. I never forget the gorgeous crown my fellow classmates with goldsmith major made for my coronation. Besides endless advances as a sport and lifestyle tennis had another important significance.
Who would have thought that it was going to be tennis playing a key factor and led me and to enter the amazing world of fashion and modelling? My tennis sparring partner's brother, who at the time was a successful, well-known male model, encouraged me to have some test photos taken. He brought my photos to a modelling agency who had an ongoing casting looking for models with sport skills. They booked me straight for a 3 weeks sport catalogue photoshoot in Florida. This opportunity started a 15-year partnership with this agency not only as a photo model, but later when I was a graduted fashion designer could joined the team as a stylist as well.

Later on I took part on the Look of the Year beauty contest, what became a great entry for getting well-known as a model and having lots of inqueries for katalog shootings, editorials, fashion shows and magazine covers.

When advertising agencies, started opening offices in Budapest (McCann Erickson, Leo Burnett, Young & Rubicam ),the hungrian fashion industry was opened to the world's best clients and the market was flooded by numerous castings, requests, options.

Campagnes, city lights, billboards, tv-commercials became the most wanted and best payed modelling jobs.
Thanks to these partnerships, I played a supporting roll in a Bailey's tv-commercial which had a worldwide buyout, the Old Spice tv-commercial played in 15 countries, OTP Bank was a nationwide broadcast and campaign and Sensodyne tvc wich were played in all Europe.
You could also see me in Mozart Chocolate tvc which was filmed in Vienna and in Beau Monde tv-commercial as well.

I was also shooting several video clips and hotel image films in Hungary and abroad.

As the movie industry discovered Hungary for its great locations I was able to take a detour to acting. I was a double in an american action movie starring Armand Assante and Ornella Muti. I played an extra in Ruthger Hauer's film.

Modelling took me to all corners of the world in the past 25 years giving me the opportunity represented by over 100 agencies worldwide to work alongside with the most amazing designers and talented models of the fasion industry.

I am very proud to have shared the runway with supermodel Eva Hercigova in Milan fashion week and to have photographed together with Laetitia Casta for a fashion catalogue in Paris. I am also honored to get an invitation from himself Roberto Cavalli to join for a lunch and dinner with his designer team where he sat me next to him and had a long discussion about my modelling career and plans, he even complimented my outfit and my model book.
Also unforgettable moments were when I got to personally meet Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana designers and spending a few memorable hours with their team and had the opportunity havind a discussion about fashion and style.

Thanks to my carreer in modelling, I lived half year in Milan, Istanbul and St.Moritz.
I can call Dubai my second home for the 9 year's residency; here I added tennis coaching to my modelling jobs.
I had countless visits to Austria and Germany, been several times to Florida, Sardinia and Paris for fashion and sport catalog shootings.

One of recent request was from Guerlain Hungary beeing their beauty ambassador for 2 years. I also been ambassador for Daniel Wellington recently.

Last but not least would like to mention that 20 years ago I founded and own a modell agency called Crystal Model Management, which I was building up on my personal contacts throughout my modelling jobs in abroad.
Promoting models of the new generation, giving them great options for well paid direct bookings for me is a joyful challenge, that makes me blessed, grateful and satisfied.

MAGAMRÓL

Budapesten születtem, nővérem után második leánygyermekként. Édesapám ügyvédként dolgozott, édesanyám mesterfodrászként diplomázott majd később hosszú évekig brókercégben dolgozott.

Érdekes módon már korán kirajzolódott három fő irány és a későbbiekben is ezek lettek meghatározóak az életemben: a sport, a képzőművészet és a divat.

Rajzaimat már óvodás koromban versenyekre, kiállításokra küldték (dec.5-én, egy napon születtem Walt Disney-vel), általános iskolás éveim alatt képzőművész -és szobrász szakkörbe jártam, nyáron művész táborokba.
Emellett tanultam németül, angolul, oroszul és olaszul, 3 évig jártam gitározni és szolfézsre.
Nagyon könnyen tanultam és az általánost végig kitűnő tanulóként végeztem.

Imádtam mindenféle sportot és számos kerületi versenyt nyertem az általánosban, mint : mezei futás, atlétika, tornász versenyek.
A gimnáziumi évek alatt úszóversenyt nyertem.
12 évesen kezdtem teniszezni, a korosztályomban a legjobb 10 játékos között voltam az országban.
10 év versenyzés után tenisz oktatói vizsgát tettem.

A divat iránti szeretet Édesanyámnak köszönhető, aki amellett, hogy számomra a leggyönyörűbb nő, egy igazi divatikon: mindig mindenki megfordult utána, bárhol is járt.
Engem és nővéremet pici korunk óta mindig az aktuális divat szerint öltöztetett. Ezeket mind maga varrta óriási szeretettel és a tündéri kis ruhákhoz mindig hozzáillő kiegészítőket választott nekünk hozzá.

A Képző-és Iparművészeti Szakközépiskolában érettségiztem, bőrműves szakon. Az iskola programja lehetővé tette a többi szakokra való betekintést is, mint pl. : ötvös, üvegműves, grafika szak.

Nagy meglepetésemre a középiskola szalagavatóján engem választottak bálkirálynőnek. Egy gyönyörű koronát készítettek nekem az ötvös szak hallgatói.

Tanulmányaimat a Moholy-Nagy Művészeti Egyetemen folytattam és ruha tervező szakon mester diplomát tettem.

Első modell fotóm kb 10 évesen egy címlap volt, ami a szobrász szakkörön, agyag figura mintázása közben készült.

Modell karrieremet egyértelműen a tenisznek köszönhetem, ugyanis akkori edzőtársam bátyja befutott modellként rábeszélt egy teszt fotózásra, majd elvitte a fotókat egy ügynökséghez.
Az első castingon kiválasztottak egy 3 hetes Floridai sport katalógus fotózásra, mely céggel utána közel 15 éven át dolgoztam modellként, később stylistként.

Ezután részt vettem a Look of the Year szépségversenyen, ami után folyamatosan kaptam felkéréseket főként katalógus fotózásokra, divat bemutatókra, de rengeteg címlapfotó is készült rólam. Amikor a legnagyobb nemzetközi reklámügynökségek megnyitottak Budapesten ( McCann Erickson, Leo Burnett, Young & Rubicam), számunkra kibővült a piac; a megacégek és hírneves külföldi kliensek által ekkor már a kampányok, city light, óriás plakát és reklámfilmek lettek a legjelentősebb és legjobban fizető modellmunkák.

Ekkor forgattam a Bailey's reklámfilmet mellékszereplőként amiből világ kampány lett, az Old Spice reklámfilmet amit 15 ország vett meg és a Sensodyne reklámot amit egész Európában játszottak.
Bécsban forgattam a Mozart Chocolate reklámot és jelentős munkám volt az OTP Bank országos kampánya ( óriásplakát, reklám, city light, sajtó).
Forgattam dublőrként egy amerikai akció filmben, ahol Armand Assante és Ornella Muti volt a főszereplő. Statisztáltam Ruthger Hauer filmjében amit Budapesten forgattak. Szerepeltem magyar és külföldi video klipekben és számos hotel image filmet forgattam.

Az elmúlt 25 év alatt közel 100 külföldi modell ügynökségtől kaptam munkákat és szinte az egész világot bejártam modellként.

Büszke vagyok arra,hogy a Miláno Fashion Week-en felléphettem Eva Hercigova szupermodellel és együtt fotózhattam divat katalógust Párizsban Laetitia Casta-val. Nagy megtiszteltetés, hogy Roberto Cavalli személyesen hívott meg ebédre és vacsorára a tervezőivel. Maga mellé ültetett, érdeklődött a munkáimról, terveimről, megnézte a modell könyvemet és megdícsérte a ruhámat amiben épp egy reklámfilm castingról érkeztem.
Szintén meghatározó élmény, hogy személyesen találkoztam és beszélgetthettem Domenico Dolce és Stefano Gabbana tervezőkkel- ezek számomra fantasztikus és felejthetetlen emlékek maradnak.

Modellként fél évet éltem Milánoban, Istanbulban, St.Moritzban, 9 évet Dubaiban ahol később tenisz oktatóként is dolgoztam.
Emellett rengeteg divat -és sport katalógust fotóztam Ausztriában, Németországban, többször jártam Floridában, Sardinián, Párizsban.
